Originally from Corpus Christi, TX, Phil has lived in DFW for 20+ years allowing him to gain knowledge of the many suburbs throughout the city. After many years of success in property management he entered the real estate profession to bring negotiating and marketing strategies to his family, friends, and clients. With an extensive background in relocations from out of state and local cities he understands the importance of making a transaction as easy and smooth as possible. He prides himself in his sincere drive and passionate belief to serve his clients best interests. Phil and his wife currently reside in Prosper, TX with their two boys and two girls.
