Stacey Feltman…what can I say. I believe it was fate our paths crossed. We found Stacey by seeing one of her for sale signs on a house when driving through the neighborhood. We decided to interview her to become our realtor to list our home and to find us a new one. When she came to our home, we were quickly greeted with a million dollar smile and warm hug. She gave us tips on how to stage our home in order for us to sell quickly, as well as the correct price point to put it on the market. When we listed our home we had no idea the response we would receive. Within 31 hours of having our home on the market, we had 20 showings and 7 offers above listing. The next step was finding us the perfect home with a huge time constraint. Stacey always went above and beyond and was there for all of our questions, requests and needs. She found us the perfect home and we moved in 3 days before we gave birth to our twins. When we set out, we were just looking for a realtor….but came to find a lifelong friend in the process. We cannot recommend Stacey and her team enough – she works overtime to find the house of your dreams. She is simply amazing and has set the bar extremely high for everyone else. We won’t ever go with anyone else!
